We built with Jay Jackson and were very impressed with not only the quality of workmanship on our home, but the attention he and his staff gave to us throughout the entire process. They provided a great balance of combining our input with their expertise in making modifications to the model plans to fit our specific needs. During the building of the house we were encouraged to be very involved with the process and were always welcome on the site, and were given updates on significant states in the process. We are very happy with our home, and are constantly getting compliments on the attention to detail, which we think sets Jay Jackson apart from other builders.

We built a home with Jay Jackson in 2006, and then this year had them add on a two story addition. Everyone knows that Jay and his team provide a quality end-product. What you might not know is that every step in the building process is overseen with accurate planning, attention to detail, and professionalism. We have two young children, and during our re-model Jay's workers were extremely respectful of their time and space. They showed up when promised and were always mindful that there were two little girls watching them with great interest. Everyone we worked with took obvious pride in their work. Jody and Deron were easy to reach and very flexible when we hit them with a change in plan. Both our projects were completed on time and were stress-free, which speaks volumes when comparing stories with friends who have used other builders.
